Edit fields of a fiber production factor

Edits the sent fields of a production factor — facilityProcessId, productCategoryId, minWastageFactorPercentage and maxWastageFactorPercentage (0 to 99.99). At least one is required; a key left out keeps its stored value (legacy also kept it for a 0). expectedFiberLossPercentage is derived as the midpoint of the bounds, or null without both. An unknown productCategoryId answers 404 product_category_not_found, a minimum above the maximum 409 invalid_wastage_factor_range, and moving the factor onto a pair that already has one 409 production_factor_exists (legacy answered 500). Responds with the factor, its names and its parent category, in the { data, metadata } envelope (legacy answered the bare record). 404 not_found for an unknown id.
