Sortable by name (default) and updatedAt; the filter JSON matches name as a case-insensitive substring. Answers the paginated { data, metadata: { pagination } } envelope (1-based pagination.page). Migrated from the legacy api-service GET /v3/admin/fiber/coc-models; the PATCH of a model is still served there.
