Save drafts (v2)

Deprecated: use research.drafts.save.v3 (research_drafts_save_v3) for native audio; this version takes no audio and refuses to replace a stored draft that holds audio (409 PRECONDITION_FAILED, details.reason audio_attachment), since it replaces the whole document. Save one of the signed-in user's unfinished Research study drafts, whose questions may each show a file or a video. Send a new draft id with revision 0 to create it, or the revision you last read to replace its document; a draft changed elsewhere since that revision is refused, never overwritten. Returns the saved revision. Drafts belong to the user who saves them, so an API key cannot save one.
