Update backtest mappings

Set which single-choice question of a Research backtest asks the decision, and how much of a customer's usual buying each of its options keeps, by the option's position: 0 stops buying, 1 keeps it, up to 2 buys more, and null leaves that option's answers out of the forecast. Replaces the backtest's mapping; no twin reads it. id is the campaign's id.
