Get drafts

Deprecated: use research.drafts.get.v2 (research_drafts_get_v2), which also names a study video; this version leaves every video out, so a question that shows one reads as showing no file and a list of files omits it. Get one of the signed-in user's saved Research study drafts by id: its revision and the unfinished study document (name, material, questions, schedule, audience). Drafts belong to the user who saved them, so an API key cannot read them.
