Delete drafts

Permanently delete one of the signed-in user's unfinished Research study drafts. Send the revision you last read; a draft changed elsewhere since that revision is refused and kept. A deleted draft never comes back, and its uploaded study files are not deleted with it. Drafts belong to the user who saved them, so an API key cannot delete one.
