Sent Home Block
"I was sent home": the person names the manager who sent them home from this block, and Rooster asks that manager in Slack (floor_blocks.sent_home).
Frederick, 2026-10-06, #4038: "when they are sent home they need a button to press that send a slack to william to approve to keep them from getting a strike" / "So we don't have ppl gaming the system". This ASKS and changes nothing about any strike: only the named manager's approval clears one. Once per block (409 on a second ask); 403 for a block that is not yours; 409 when the block is not about to start or is over; 503 when the manager could not be reached on Slack (nothing is recorded that waits on an answer nobody got).
