Call Out Block
Give back a block you accepted: sick (sick=true) or for any other reason. Frederick, 2026-09-23: calling out is never a no-show; twelve hours' notice is free; inside twelve hours two sick call-outs per 90 days are free, then a strike; giving a block back inside twelve hours for any other reason is a strike. service.call_out_block.
