Upload Project Frame Endpoint

Store the overlay PNG for one format.

Multipart rather than JSON+base64 because the artwork is a file the super-admin already has on disk, and base64 would inflate a 2 MB PNG by a third for no gain.

The upload must carry alpha: an opaque rectangle would hide the photograph completely, and the failure would only be visible after a guest rendered one.
