Update Project Personalized Prompt Endpoint

Updates the personalized prompt for a specific project.

Request Body: projectId (int): The ID of the project (required) personalizedPrompt (str): The personalized prompt to set (optional, can be null to clear it)

Returns: JSON response with: - message: Success message - project: Updated project details including the new personalized prompt

Errors: - 400 if projectId is missing - 404 if project is not found - 500 if database access fails
