Get Upload Links Endpoint

Upload links for a project, scoped to what the caller is allowed to see.

Two capabilities (migration 028):

  • settings.manage.uploadLinks -> every link in the project (the timetable / manager view)
  • uploadLinks.viewAssigned -> ONLY the links assigned to them, read-only, plus the unassigned links marked "show to all photographers" (migration 084)

Before this, any project member got every link — so a photographer could see the whole shooting schedule and everyone else's tokens.

asPhotographerId (managers only): return exactly what that photographer's own call returns — the organizer's "Preview as photographer". Same SQL filter, so the preview cannot drift. The response also carries sort, the project-wide order both views apply.
