Create Hybrid Share

Create a combinable link in one call: folders/people scope (auto-updating) AND/OR manually-selected images. Scope requires a concrete projectId; explicit-only images may be cross-project (representative project is stored, like /createShareLink).

With scopeLinkMode="per_selected_item", every selected person/folder becomes an independent link regardless of category. All rows are created in the same transaction.
