Public sign-up page header: how many signed up here, and the latest few.

A sign-up is source 'public_signup' in this project (migration 074). Before 074, or for older sign-ups without a source, the legacy shape counts (Attendee + guest-list row that didn't come from an external import) — same rule as the duplicate-email check.
