Match CSV guest names against the org's people before an import. Read-only.

Body: { projectId, names: [str] } Returns { matches: { name: { status: exact|fuzzy|new, personId?, personName?, hasFace?, candidates: [{ personId, name, hasFace, score }] } } } Lists org people's names, so it also needs the faces read gate (like /getOrgPersons).
