Get Person Faces Endpoint

Returns faces for the given person. For photographer role, only returns faces from that photographer's images.

Paged by offset/limit (face rows, not crops: a crop that fails is dropped, so use next_offset / has_more to page). Capped at 12 per call — every crop decodes an original.

includeUnboxed: also return faces with no usable box (hand tags) and faces whose crop failed, with cropped_face: null, so a caller can list EVERY photo the person is on.
