Get Org Brands Endpoint

Org-global brands list (brands mirror the faces model). projectIds[] = projects the caller can access (auth + org resolution + default membership scope). filterProjectIds[] optionally narrows to brands appearing in a chosen subset. Each brand includes member_project_ids and image_count.
