Approve Face Match Suggestion Partial Endpoint

Merge only the selected photos of a face match suggestion.

A suggestion pairs two persons, but an unknown ("?") person is often several people clustered together. Approving moves ALL of its photos; this moves only the photos the user picked: on each selected image, the source person's face boxes are pointed at the target person. Neither person is deleted or renamed, and the source keeps its other photos.

The suggestion is then marked rejected: the user has looked at the rest and said they are not this person, so the pair must not be suggested again.
