Author an instruction skill (simple editor)

Create or update an instruction skill from the simple form: a name, a short description, and plain-markdown instructions. An owner or admin author's version is ready to enable immediately. A version authored without that authority needs an owner or admin to approve it first. The version is managed automatically, so you never type a version.
