Validate a pasted SKILL.md (live editor validation)

Validate the DEFAULT paste-a-SKILL.md form WITHOUT saving. Parses the markdown (optional front matter → name + description, a leading '# H1' as the name fallback, the rest as the instruction body), then compiles it through the platform gates. Returns the parsed name + description plus friendly, non-technical errors for the editor's live preview. Always 200 (the result is in the body).
