The public data catalog + schema.org/DataCatalog JSON-LD (#5, 2026-07-20). Enumerates every Dataset surface, ties them to the Organization node, gives llms.txt one canonical link, and doubles as the public anchor for a data-licensing conversation. Deferred imports avoid a routes.pages cycle.
