Ingest Metrics

Receive telemetry beacons from the client (web vitals, fetch metrics, nav timing).

P3-31: CSRF protection intentionally omitted. This endpoint is called via navigator.sendBeacon() which does not support custom request headers (including X-CSRF-Token). The endpoint is telemetry-only (no state mutations, no PII writes), and cross-origin requests are blocked by origin allowlist check below.
