Api Industry Reit Kpis

The REIT cross-issuer operating-KPI peer table (SF-KPI Phase 2, the first PARTITION-scoped industry). Returns 404 while the flag is dark or no comparable rows exist. FREE / ungated (public SEC data, OWNER decision 2); anon (no valid session) gets the teaser subset. REIT peer tables are scoped by property subtype -- an apartment FFO index and a data-center FFO index are SEPARATE series, never pooled -- so ?subtype= selects a lane (default = the richest lane) and the payload carries partition_options for the FE selector. The anti-pooling (per-column canonical basis: FFO = NAREIT-defined, same-store NOI = cash) + NO-rank live in ssr_operating_kpis.build_peer_table. Reuses AirlinePeerTableResponse (partition fields are optional there).
