Public JSON sibling to /embed/value-score.

Path: GET /api/v1/embed/value-score?tickers=&features=&education=&days=&streak=&community=&ref=<host> Returns the canonical composite (score + level + all five components) for the provided raw signals. Same shared rate limit and ref hostname-shape gate as the HTML route.
