Unified cross-bucket search (tickers + companies + borrowers + news)

One-call replacement for the cmd-palette's 4-way fan-out.

Empty / whitespace-only query returns empty buckets immediately (no fan-out cost). All 4 backends called concurrently via asyncio.gather; per-bucket failures are isolated (an empty list / dict is returned for that bucket while the others succeed).
