Data Error Report

Anonymous data-error report. Logs to Sentry + optional email confirmation. Always returns 200 on input shape success.

F7 (2026-05-12 Code-Review-Cowork audit P0): now declares response_model=DataErrorReportResponse per the F4.3 mandate. Every response (success or boundary-validation failure) carries a stable report_id so a user can reference the request in support workflows.

Short opaque report identifier (uuid4 8-char prefix). Returned even on error paths so a user can reference the request in support without revealing internal storage. NOT a PG row id.

Human-readable confirmation on success. Null on error.

Human-readable error message on validation failure. Null on success.
