Api Company Events Ma

Interpreted M&A events for a ticker.

SF-6 Option A Phase E1c (2026-05-08). Surfaces the corporate_events.ma_* columns populated by services.event_interpreter.parse_ma_event (Phase E1a) + tools/backfill_ma_interpretation.py (Phase E1b).

Filters to event_type='acquisition_disposition' AND ma_confidence_score >= min_confidence (default 0.4 — anything below that is "we ran the extractor and it was unsure"; pass ?min_confidence=0 to include zero-confidence rows for ops debugging).

Returns empty list when:

  • PG is unavailable
  • ticker has no acquisition_disposition events
  • all rows are below the min_confidence threshold (rare; the backfill logs extraction_rate >= 0.60 per plan §6 R1)
