User registration with proof-of-work verification.

Expects JSON body with: email, password, challenge, solution, plus optional: displayName, dateOfBirth, parentalConsentEmail, experience, useCase, referralSource, timezone.

The PoW challenge must have been obtained via GET /api/auth/challenge, and SHA256(challenge + solution) must start with '000'.
