Ai Test Key

T2.4 — Test a BYOK API key without persisting it.

User pastes a key, clicks Test, gets a real validation result instead of guessing whether it'll work. Server makes a 1-token upstream call to the provider's API; the key is NEVER stored and NEVER logged.

Inherits the /api/ai/* rate limit (60/min per user) from middleware/rate_limit.py:_LIMITS.
