Agent Skills Index

AGENT-5: a discovery index of the analytical capabilities ("skills") an agent can invoke against Oxford Ledge. Each skill maps to REAL MCP tools (see the server card) + the public REST API. A descriptive discovery aid, not a claim of conformance to a fixed spec; every tool name is a real registered tool (the contract test cross-checks against mcp_tool_definitions — trust: no capability listed that isn't actually implemented).
