Stateless document parse — BYOD (parse-document)

Extracts text from a document (PDF/DOCX/XLSX/images/TXT/CSV/HTML/JSON/XML/RTF, max 20 MB) via OCR/parsers. Wraps /api/parse-document. ZERO RETENTION: the document is NOT persisted. Consumes NO credits (rate limit 30/h). Multipart. Does NOT require jurisdiction.
