Get the base output of an analysis (nexus_output_get)

Metadata of an analysis output. Wraps /api/outputs/[id]. Firm-scoped OWNERSHIP (owner or active member of the firm; 404 if there is no role). The internal route OMITS user_id/iv/tag/encryption_version. include_text=1 adds the decrypted analysis_text. Scope mcp/*. 0 credits.
