Returns every tool called in the window, failing or not, with calls, failed calls, success rate, traces, effect direction, target system, and last call. Same figures as the dashboard Tool catalog.

Descending sort order (default calls); tool_name breaks ties.

searchstring

Only tools whose name contains this text (case-insensitive).

direction'read' | 'write' | 'send' | 'spawn' | 'compute' | 'unknown'

Only tools with this effect direction.

limitinteger
offsetinteger

Response

Successful response.

Window, filters, summary (total_calls, unique_tools, total_conversations), tools, and pagination (limit, offset, total, returned, has_more, next_offset).
