Get a problem's history per day

Returns one problem's incidents and users per UTC day (the dashboard's problem history loader) and the window against the window of equal length before it. A merged problem's history is its survivor's.

days_backinteger

Days of history. compare is null above 45 days: the history keeps 90 days.
