List custom signal detections

Returns conversations the judge matched against one custom signal in the window, newest first, with the reviewer label when one exists and an excerpt of the interaction around the anchor.

Lookback window in days.

Maximum detections to return.

Pagination offset.

builtin:<key> or a saved cohort id: only hits on traces of the cohort's members.
