Get a world-state snapshot (retired)

Retired: world-state snapshots folded the world-state v1 event log, which is no longer written. Every request answers 410 Gone. Use GET /api/v1/data/conversations/{conversationId}/world-state for the trace's current tasks and facts, and GET /api/v1/data/conversations/{conversationId}/context?msg_index=N to read the messages at a turn.
