Check when hosts all work

For a collective event type: when all of these hosts are in their working hours over the next days days, counting days off and each host's time zone, not calendars. Returns the shared time, the hours per week, and how many meetings of durationMinutes could start per week. Collective event types only offer times inside it. Any member can call it.
