Replace weekly hours

Replaces all your weekly hours. Each rule is one window on one weekday, in your time zone. Use several rules for a split day, such as 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. An empty list means you are never available, except on date overrides. Pass timezone to change your time zone too.
