Reschedule a booking (host)

Moves a booking you host, or any booking in a team you administer, to start. Hosts and duration stay the same. Only confirmed bookings can move (409 not_reschedulable). The calendar event is updated and its provider notifies the invitee. To find valid times, call get_available_slots with this booking's id as bookingId and the token from its manageUrl.
