List bookings

Lists bookings. Without team: the ones you host, in every team. With team: all of that team's bookings for admins, only yours for members. when=upcoming (default) lists soonest first and includes bookings awaiting payment. past lists newest first. cancelled lists cancellations. Or pass from and to (ISO, at most 62 days apart) for every active booking in that window, soonest first, such as a week view. only=calendar_problems keeps the bookings whose calendar event is missing, out of date or without its Meet or Teams link (see calendarProblem). Each booking has a manageUrl with the token that get_available_slots needs to reschedule it.
