Get a team

Returns a team with its members, pending invites, payment status and invitee blocklist. Each member's setup says whether they have a calendar connected and working hours set, which the team's open times need. setup.meet says whether bookings they organize get a Google Meet link (their booking calendar is a working Google Calendar), setup.teams whether they get a Microsoft Teams link (a working Outlook calendar), and setup.hostsMeet whether they host one of the team's Google Meet event types. Any member can call it.
