Cancel a booking (host)

Cancels a booking you host, or any booking in a team you administer. Paid bookings are refunded in full. If the refund fails, the booking stays active (502 refund_failed). The event is deleted from the organizer's calendar, and Tempi emails the invitee. For a meeting of a series, following cancels every later one too.
