Fetch a public URL and return its main content as clean text/markdown (via the Reach gateway). Use to read a competitor page, article, or spec when you need the actual on-page content. Returns { text } or found=false. Performs one HTTP GET of the given public URL through Jina Reader (https://jina.ai/reader), falling back to trafilatura; the caller chooses only the URL, never a method, header or body.
