The file of a succeeded export job, with its SHA-256 in `X-Content-SHA256`.

Answers the file itself (application/zip or the auditfile's XML), its SHA-256 in X-Content-SHA256 — the same value the job's file.sha256 holds, checked against the stored bytes before they are sent. 409 export_not_ready while the job is not succeeded; 410 export_expired after expires_at.
