The finance entities (legal entities with books) this app may read.
Every entity whose owner exposed it to this app and that the granting user can still read, by id. A natural person's books appear only after an explicit delegate grant by that person. An empty list means no entity was granted to this app — the owner grants one in Books → Settings → Apps. Keyset-paged: pass page.next_cursor back as cursor while page.has_more is true. page.truncated is true only when a server-side bound cut this page short of what was asked; it is never a silent cut.
