Webhook URL changed

Triggered when a webhook subscription's URL changes. change.from and change.to are the old and new URLs, sent without credentials, query string or fragment. Delivered to every subscription that listens for this event, including the one that changed if it already did.

Note: message.edited is only delivered to subscriptions using webhook_version: "2026-02-03". Subscribing to this event on a v2025 subscription will not produce any deliveries.
