Webhook events changed

Triggered when a webhook subscription's event list changes. change.from and change.to are the full old and new lists of event types. Delivered to every subscription that listens for this event, including the one that changed if it already did.

Note: message.edited is only delivered to subscriptions using webhook_version: "2026-02-03". Subscribing to this event on a v2025 subscription will not produce any deliveries.

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
