Location sharing started
Triggered when a contact starts sharing their location with you.
began_at and ends_at are always present. ends_at is null when the contact shares indefinitely, so the key never disappears from the payload.
chat_id is the chat the share was first sent to. Sharing is per-contact, not per-chat, so the location can also be visible in other chats with the same handle — sharing into another chat later does not move chat_id and does not send another event.

Changes
Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
