Authed: file a wallet-signed request for a territory that doesn't exist yet. Body: {"query": "..."}. Also upserts the AtlasSearchMiss row (as a human hit) so demand data from requests and anonymous search misses stays unified for atlas_demand_report.

Response contract (frontend builds against this exactly):

  • 201 {"ok": true, "request": {id, query, status: "open"}} — new
  • 200 {"ok": true, "already_requested": true, "request": {...}} — dup
  • 400 {"ok": false, "error": "invalid_query"} — bad input
  • 401 (DRF default JSON) — unauth
