Public edit history for a PUBLISHED Atlas pillar.
Mirrors news_revision_history (website/news_queries.py) but for TagPillar: it exposes the TagPillarRevision audit trail so a reader can inspect how a pillar has corrected itself — e.g. the Curve/LlamaRisk correction.
Visibility: history is served ONLY for PUBLISHED pillars. A STUB (sensitive content pulled for review) or DRAFT (unreviewed) pillar 404s its history, exactly like topic_by_slug hides their bodies — we must not leak a withheld page's edit REASONS (which are written partner/reader-facing) even when the thin stub page itself is public.
Public + IP-rate-limited like the other public topic reads; cached ~300s and busted by invalidate_topic_caches(slug) on the next correction.
