GET a single topic pillar by tag slug.

Status branches (see docs/plans/... stub-pages spec):

  • PUBLISHED -> full payload, always public, cached.
  • STUB -> thin-but-SEO-rich public payload (200, cached) UNLESS a signed ?token= matching THIS pillar is presented, in which case the full draft is served uncached (preview:true).
  • DRAFT -> 404 to the public. A matching ?token= OR ?preview=1 (DEBUG only) serves the full draft uncached (preview:true).

A token only ever unlocks the ONE pillar it was minted for (token_pid == pillar.id) — never any-valid-token-unlocks-everything.
